Memory Match is a small exercise in observation with sixteen face-down cards and eight pairs of simple symbols. Turn over two cards to see whether they match. A pair stays visible, while two different symbols turn back over after a short pause. Every pair of flips counts as one move, giving you a gentle way to compare your attempts without a countdown. Try to remember not just a symbol but its location relative to the board edges and other cards. A reset shuffles all the cards for a fresh arrangement, so each round asks you to build a new mental map.

A few useful tips

  • Use rows and columns as landmarks for remembering locations.
  • When you find an unfamiliar symbol, reveal another unknown card.
  • Take a moment to study a mismatch before the cards turn back over.

Frequently asked questions

How are moves counted?

One move is a pair of card flips, whether the cards match or not.

Is there a time limit?

There is no countdown. You can study the board and take each turn at your own pace.

Will Reset keep the same card positions?

No. Reset shuffles eight pairs into a new arrangement and returns the move counter to zero.
